Phillips Academy seeks a full-time grounds person. The Phillips Academy Grounds Department maintains over 300 acres (295acres of manicured lawn, 31 acres of Athletic Fields) of turf including lawns and athletic fields. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of experience in landscape maintenance; general knowledge of tree, shrub, and turf maintenance; and the ability to operate lawn-mowing equipment, assist in leaf and snow removal operations, work in all weather conditions. Experience with turf management is a plus.  This is a full-time position offering excellent benefits, and overtime as required.  A full background check, valid driver’s license and RMV check are required.
