The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the School’s grounds, fields, pools, vehicles, and facilities equipment. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. The Groundskeeper reports to the Director of Grounds.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in turf management, landscaping, or a related field. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and other members of the community, and demonstrate a high level of customer service. Candidates must be physically capable of:
Candidates must pass the E-Verify process and possess a valid driver’s license while employed. A Massachusetts Hoisting license must be obtained within 90 days of employment. The Groundskeeper is expected to work independently and proactively, while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Facilities Department team. Candidates must be willing to work extended shifts and weekends, to work in various locations across the School’s campus, and be willing to take on new assignments as required.
